Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Wander & Harmony Travel (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have — including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information We Collect
We collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, and trip details when you send a booking inquiry; your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter; and scheduling details when you book a discovery call. Our forms are processed by Formspree (inquiries), Mailchimp (newsletter), and Calendly (discovery calls), which handle that data on our behalf.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to respond to your requests, plan and book the travel you ask about, and — if you subscribe — send our newsletter. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
Cookies & Analytics
This site works without tracking cookies. If we use analytics to understand how the site is used, those tools load only after you click Accept on our cookie banner; declining keeps your visit cookie-free and nothing about your experience changes. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie button in the lower-right corner of any page. If we add specific analytics or advertising vendors, we will name them here.
Sharing & Third Parties
We share personal information only with the travel suppliers needed to book and service your trip — such as resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, and airlines — and with the service providers named above that operate our forms and newsletter. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We never sell your information to data brokers or advertisers.
Your Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we have about you, to request that we delete it, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither), and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, the GDPR gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and objection to processing. Residents of other states with privacy laws have similar rights, and we extend these rights to all our visitors regardless of where you live.
How to Exercise Your Rights (Your Privacy Choices)
To request access to, a copy of, a correction to, or deletion of your personal information — or to opt out of anything described in this policy — email us at hello@wanderandharmonytravel.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us what you'd like us to do. We may ask you to confirm the email address the request concerns so we can verify your identity. We respond to verified requests within 45 days as required by the CCPA (30 days under the GDPR). You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of on that front — but if that ever changes, this page and a footer link will say so first.
Global Privacy Control & Do Not Track
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and browser “Do Not Track” settings. If your browser sends either signal, we treat it as a decline of non-essential cookies and an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information — automatically, with no banner interaction needed.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to plan and service your travel and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time using the contact above.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and the service providers we use to process your information maintain their own technical and organizational security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit what we collect to what we genuinely need to plan your trip.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed at adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 for the purposes of the CCPA's opt-in rules). Trip details for children traveling with your family are provided by you as the booking adult.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will update it here and revise the date at the top. Material changes — such as adding analytics vendors — will be reflected in the relevant section before they take effect.
